eDemocracy

Local and Central Goverments are often very good at communicating to their consituents. Increasingly, the Internet is being used effectively as a one-to-many medium, to making information available about Government issues and activities. Most democratic Government organisations are good at many-to-one communication, too. Many constituents are able to vote and make submissions. Some actually do. Conversations around local issues among citizens, however, often happen in small isolated groups, if at all. eDemocracy use online media to facilitate open conversations among citizens around public isses.

GroupSense works with Steven Clift to support eDemocracy initiatives in the US and the UK.
