Social Network Analysis

Andy Swarbrick has a comprehensive SNA & KM site (Robotegg). It includes this list of SNA resources classified according to the developmental stage as an SNA practitioner that they are most relevant to.

Also, SNA can scarcely be used in a sentence without mentioning Valid Krebs who "provides Social Network Analysis software and services for organizations and their consultants".

Re: Social Network Analysis

Hi Dan

Are you using Valdis inflow at all?

Re: Social Network Analysis

I haven't used it, Ewan but I'd be keen to hear from someone who has used in NZ. My experience with SNA has mainly been in face to face settings. There is quite an overlap between the way SNA is used in KM and the discipline of Sociometry that I have trained in.

Re: Social Network Analysis

Hi Dan
I have used SNA in NZ. Sorry don't know how the conversation about SNA started in the first place. Love to communicate with someone on the subject. I have used SNA in an online context, trailing an online community, and the development of knoweldge - not for KM , but rather the dynamics of knoweldge construction
