RSS Readers: Tools for Information-Sharing or Overload?

Suw of Headshift says:

You may like every single book in the library, but if you're looking for information about a specific topic the lack of organisation is really going to slow you down"

Do we want all of our feeds aggregated into a single one with a variety of filters that can be applied to it?
